Zan Edens started Edens Builders in December of 2015 after years of thoughtful consideration and planning. After purchasing and then proceeding to “gut” and renovate his current home, Zan developed a keen interest in the residential building process and how he and his team could be an asset to potential home owners, helping them achieve their vision through ground-up new construction as well as major renovations to an existing home. To further Edens Builders and their clients’ success, Zan hired Beau Grayson to be in charge of the day-to-day operations and client communication. Beau brings fifteen years in the residential building business and has earned the trust of his past clients, building partners, and vendors. Beau shares the same core values of integrity, honesty, and duty with the team at Edens Builders and our valued clients. Our mission is to provide our clients with the most satisfactory planning and construction process while achieving the vision of their home.
