For over 30 years we have been gratefully serving South Florida’s residential construction needs with our unique ability to work with our clients to exceed their expectations, while staying within their budgets.
Craftsmanship, integrity and attention to detail are our hallmark in every project that we undertake from new, custom home construction to all aspects of remodeling and renovating.
We are Certified Aging In-Place Specialists and can assist you in restructuring your house to be your comfortable home. We are also available for commercial construction and construction consultation.
Elegant Florida Homes, Inc., was established in 1978, by Karam J Karram, a certified general contractor, who has successfully operated the company for over 30 years. Originally, Karam specialized in building custom, single-family homes.
In the past 10 years he has expanded the business, and his areas of expertise, to include renovations and remodeling. He has built and remodeled homes in the Boca Raton area, and many of the surrounding South Florida neighborhoods, including Les Jardins, Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, Boca Grove, Woodfield Country Club, Woodfield Hunt Club, Boca West, Boca Bath and Tennis, Spanish River Gardens and St Andrews Country Club.
In 2011 Elegant Florida Homes started its first commerical project for Waste Management in the Pompano Beach Landfill. Throughout each and every project Karam maintains a close working relationship with all of his clients to ensure that he will understand their unique needs and deliver the Elegant Florida Home of their dreams.
Karam, born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, moved to Boca Raton, Florida in 1975 where he completed his undergraduate degree at Florida Atlantic University in Business, as well as his MBA. Shortly after, he met the love of his life, Haifa, whom he married in 1981. Together they have four wonderful children. They currently reside in their own Elegant Florida Home.
