Addenda - the original approved hood suppression plans show a nozzle facing the henny penny fryer. the model of henny penny fryer was changed to be a completely enclosed fryer with no nozzle needed. the final inspector did not approve because the nozzle is shown on approved plans when it is not installed there. there is no open area on the henny penny for a nozzle
