They got the job done adding in things that did not exist in my house previously that I was not asked about and removing necessary utilities like hot water in the kitchen and heat so now my bills won't be as high!! They even celebrated their hard work by cracking open some beers on the job at my property! They have found a group of the most talented liars to have on staff I have ever excperienced, ELITE if I do so say so myself, and even use UNLICENSED subconstractors to help keep the costs of labor down! They made sure to install the flooring so that it squeaks everywhere you walk in the upstairs so even if someone else is downstairs they know exactly where you last were just incase something bad happens and the flooring is already lifting up so it will be easier to remove the next time I want to redo it! They also painted over all the old caulking so the stairs are uneven-helps test your balance super cool feature and left staples from the abatement company in the wall and painted over them so if I want to staple any papers to my wall the color of the staples already match! They tried to put a lien on my property after being paid in full and refuse to fill out proper documentation stating otherwise and won't stay true to their 6 month warranty just to keep things interesting after a devasting flood! So happy I chose Elite Brothers Construction so I can be scammed, and lied to while homeless due to a disaster then threatened in every way imaginable including subcontractors refusing to leave my property until I signed I was happy with their work!
