Horrible experience! We were under contract on a home in Walnut Creek and it wouldn't appraise. It was
$30,000 over appraisal value which is substantially overpriced! This builder took it upon himself to reach out to our appraiser and tried to get him to increase the value of the property which is fraud ! The builder is shady and dishonest.We totally walked away from this deal and found an absolute gorgeous all brick custom home for what he tried to charge for a plain basic ranch.
