Arrogant !Karl the president of this company when you show him something done bad he would be like“Omg please if you need me to do a fine work I should have changed you more so what do you want lady ?This is an outside porch you expect perfection Like he was doing my porch for free or cheep.He gave us a quote we agreed and that is it we also did have 2 other estimates and they were at the same range the only reason we went with this company is that they were in my neighborhood! Big mistake.
