We hired Ephebeum to build a sunroom onto the side of our house. I paid early to help them with cash flow problems. Building it took much longer than promised, but it looked great when finished. The last step was cleaning the dirt-covered transparent roof. It revealed scratches all over the surface. They had peeled of the protective film and walked all over it with grit in their shoes. I called Joe and he said he would fix it. I called him again and again. Its been 2 years and nothing has happened. Joe just keeps saying he is going to fix it. In the meantime insects got into unsealed roof channels, the 2x4 roof supports began seeping gobs of sap (came close to ruining $2,000 roof shades), and now the roof is leaking. This is too bad because otherwise the sunroom looks great. But now I'm stuck with major roof problems.
