Things went great with Eric and his crew - we really enjoyed working with that, and we actually have recommended him to a couple friends. We have some other small projects coming up that we would definitely use them for as well. Easy to work with, gets his stuff done on time, reasonably priced (especially for the good work they do) and clean.

Project management was a problem, communication between Eric and the subs appeared to be poor. Work performed by cetain subs had to be reworked at least once (plumber and carpenters). Project took twice as long as it should have.
