Our founder, Doug Ryder, began as an electrical engineer and owned and managed an electrical and plumbing company in Essex, England. It was then, he began renovating historical barns into family homes that his love of building was born. Since coming to the states 25 years ago, his primary focus is building custom homes and renovating existing homes; from additions to whole houses, basements to bathrooms.
