Christopher Harper is the founder and owner of Everlasting Victorians Inc. and has since changed his name to do business as (DBA) Everlasting Homes.

Christopher started out with simple beginnings, as most do, and has been in the construction world since 1998. He carries the highest national building license, of which he obtained through the International Code Council and has always strived to learn and excel in his knowledge of construction through the advice and council of his elders and many hours of study and hard labor. Throughout the years he has gained much knowledge by working as a independent contractor, to becoming a senior project manager for a large local construction company, to finally branching out on his own with the restoration and remodeling of old eighteenth century victorian homes. The attention to detail and craftsmanship of the old victorian homes has always caught Christopher’s attention. By being hands on over the years, he has learned that with patience and attention to all the small details, a home is able to last throughout the ages, inspiring him with the name...Everlasting Victorians.

After restoring and reselling several old victorian homes, he continued to grow, branching off into different avenues of construction within the same name Everlasting Victorians. Everlasting has specialized in interior remodeling, basement finishing, and new home construction since its founding in 2008 and have pushed the boundaries in the construction world. Striving to accomplish an above expectation-experience with every client and home he comes in contact with, Christopher’s unique flare and touch to all of his work has made Everlasting Victorians stand out above the competition.

His desire has always been to move more into the custom side of home construction, and with his company progressing and growing in the way that is has, Everlasting Victorians has now branched off into Everlasting Homes. He will be focussing his attention more into the custom homes side of the industry, but will never lose the affinity he has for the remodeling side of the construction world for which he got his start. Everlasting Homes will continue to be the highest rated basement finishing and remodeling company in all of El Paso County and will always continue to offer their services to those looking for a true Everlasting Experience.
