Tommy started the company EXCLUSIVES IN DESIGN over 30 years ago as an Interior Design firm. He became successful in the field because of his tremendous drive and passion for what he did. His philosophy has always been to listen to the client’s needs and desires and deliver them in a creative way and compromise nothing in the process.

He began to get a lot of work helping clients with their New Home building projects. He would guide them first by reviewing the architectural plans and making enhancements to those plans. Space planning was a big part of that process, as well as adding interior ceiling and trim details. He would also guide them with any and every decision that was needed to build a new home and there are many: Cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, floor finishes, wall finishes, trim detailing, etc., etc.

He loved the home building aspect of what he did so much that 15 years ago He decided to start a new company, Exclusive Homes, to fulfill his passion for custom home building. He brought along all of his passion and knowledge from his design experience to the home building industry to offer clients an alternative to the stale home building philosophies that exist in the industry. Enlisting experts in the field along the way the company has grown to be a very respectable builder in the area.

His daughter Tana joined the business in 2015 and is now infusing her talents into Exclusive Homes. Her background in Design and Marketing are bringing a new creative touch to the business. She is using her Master in Business education and making Exclusive Homes more efficient. This increases our ability to offer our clients cutting edge services.
