My services are producing existing condition drawings of any structure : Commercial Buildings, Residential buildings, Sheds, Porches, Decks etc..... I have been in the Architectural Profession for over 22 years, so I can do more than document existing conditions drawings.

My home base in on Long Island, but I will travel anywhere, all of NYC, even neighboring states - have job will travel.

Documenting accurate floor plans/elevations are very important and should be normal practice within the professions. The beginning stages of the project are the most critical. Having accurate documentations can avoid possible change orders, which can lead to price increases during construction.
