    Had them pour an extension to my patio. I thought they had done a quality job, until one year later. The concrete cracked! I called them several times to address the problem, and was told they would be right over to inspect it.
    3 yrs later, it’s cracked worse, and they still haven’t arrived to inspect it. They won’t return my phone calls!

    Coppercreek built our home. Move in date 12/3/16.
    Problems from the very beginning.
    Absolutely the worst pre-move in cleaning. No Windows cleaned, heat vents full of debris.
    Material left in garage, bundled shingles and wire left on the roof.
    No owners manuals for any of the appliances,fans,fireplace.
    Very rude person in the office....cracking concrete, stucco. Very poor backfill.
    Cold bedrooms, thumping noises in all duct work.
    We even had natural gas smell in the basement, and were told to call back if it gets worse. Buyer beware. The say they have a warranty program, what a joke..repairs in a timely manner? We have been in our home going on 8 months and are still trying to get things fixed to no avail.

    The only reason they received a 1 star is because it didn't show anything lower.
    I would welcome the opportunity to go into detail re this organization if interested.

    Knew my budget but came out $50k over budget. Paid for upgrades that were never received, one year warranty means nothing to them. So many issues with the home and we are only into it four months! Horrible communication and customer service. I am really regretting having Copper Creek build this home.
