We mainly work on "flip" projects. However, we don't care for simple generic cosmetic improvements. We like to get into a property and redesign the layout, create modern spaces and update the entire home, which tends to be a major project. We've also branched into window replacement getting high quality windows from a local window manufacturing company, which we offer to our customers at extremely affordable rates. Residential renovations is our niche.
