worst experience ever!!! started out great but they over promise under deliver. horrible communication, no follow through, work doesnt pass inspection, cost me thousands, take way longer than expected, dont provide any documentation, also a bit sneaky too ( charge you for things they never do) Jake Hancock and Marilyn as well as April should pack it up and retire, I feel bad for the guys there workin for them, thats a sinking ship

The worst experience I have ever have with a Business. After I paid her (Marilyn) the deposit amount $5,000, she did not answer my calls or emails...Thanks God I paid her with Pay Pal, So yesterday Oct 14 I made a Claim about it...I paid her on August 1, 2022 and Today is October 15, and she never did the work, have not returned my money or even answer my calls or emails... She never did anything!!!
