Four Points Construction

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Worst experience ever!!! Do not use them!!! You will never get what they promise. If you see a good rating on here its because the company has there family and workers giving reviews to offset the truth. You will be left with a brand new piece of crap when they are done and no one will respond and if they do they look at you like your crazy for asking for what you paid for! Jesse and Sal are poor excuses for managing this company, don't expect anything! They will continue to collect their money!

At first the group was very helpful . Then over a period of time with multiple problems continuing to rise everything gets pushed further out . Foundation crack in the beginning that has never been addressed . Front door chipped never addressed . The fireplace has cold air blowing through it and Raymond Smith says they know it’s a problem won’t address it . Also after four months I have a three foot crack on my walk that they tell me is settling that they will address months from now . I didn’t buy new house to have dry wall cracks in four months and trim in basement splitting apart . The caulking through out house is coming apart . If you are going to use them know ahead of time you will have to fight to get repairs done .

Very unprofessional work environment. Nothing gets done according to schedule and what is finished isn't complete to very high standards. The builder ignores all efforts of communication despite having a contractual agreement. If I had it to redo again I would run far away from this company. Save yourself the trouble and do the same.

While this contractor built us a beautiful house, he is refusing to finish it. We have missing cabinets, missing light fixtures, a faucet that doesn't work, LAN lines that we can't use, and patches of drywall on our walls that he refuses to finish and paint. Our landscaping was dead within a week, and the stone on the outside of the house has gaps around the edges with no grout so water can leak through. He is ignoring our phone calls and pretending as though we don't exist. He is absolutely refusing to finish our house. He took the money at closing and ran. We are not the only people he is doing this too. All of our neighbors are having the same problem. All that We want is a finished house to enjoy, instead, we have a house that is 90% completed and a contractor that will not fulfill his obligation. He thinks it is funny to drive past our house and smile and wave and when I asked him about finishing he pretends he can't hear me. He did a lot of things in our house that was outside of the contractor and that he didn't have us pay for, but we do not feel that those things should be a reason not to finish this house. Especially when we told him several times to take the loan back to underwriting so he could get his money. To top it all off, we have been told by several neighbors that he shared out personal financial information with them. Apparently there is nothing private with this contractor.
