    Install the Ez-Breeze system

    Mike Faulkner, doing business as Franklin James, was hired to install Ez-Breeze panels. Three panels arrived damaged. Mr. Faulkner installed these panels short term and said he would immediately contact Ez-Breeze for replacements. With the pandemic, supplies chains were slower so Mr. Faulkner asked for payment in full but guarenteed he would install new panels from Ez-Breeze as soon as they arrived. For months and months, I asked for updates and timeline for repairs. He would say he forgot to contact Ez-Breeze or promised to call them and get back to me. However, he did not get back to me or make the repairs. After reminding Mr. Faulkner of his promise to fix the panels and how his inaction for a year reflected on his professionalism, Mr. Faulkner wrote back, “Moving forward I do not appreciate your unreasonable behavior and how you are treating me, you may find another installer, do not contact me again, thank you.” Mr. Faulkner and his business are both unlicensed in SC and NC. However, his website states he has commercial and residential licensed in both. I would have NEVER have hired an unlicensed contractor. Don't believe a company's website. Check with governing agencies.
