Dangerous company! I have 2 units at my house, same year and model. One of them stopped cooling. Freddie and his daughter came out to take a look. They unclogged the water pan and were going to call it a day and started packing up. I asked some questions which prompted them to look at the freon level of both units, one was significantly lower than the other. They filled up the unit that was low with freon. Once again they started packing up to leave. My husband called and started asking Freddie questions. We soon discovered that they did not troubleshoot or check for a leak before putting freon in the unit that was low. My husband asked him to check for a leak. Freddie found a leak in the air handler located above our infants nursery. We asked him to take the Freon back out of the unit because it was leaking, he said he took it back out. We get a bill in the mail for the Freon, almost 500. We called multiple times to figure out why he charged us for something we didn't get. We paid the portion of the bill we felt we owed. He did not call us back, instead we got a warrant in debt served to us!! Do not do business with this guy! Malpractic, malpractice, malpractice!!! Super irresponsible and lazy.
