For receiving an A grade on Angie's list, it is definitely not true.
I had to schedule an estimate out a couple of weeks due to their scheduling which is understandable.
Right before my appointment, Mike calls me and says he has to cancel our appointment. He said that he would call me and try to set up the next day or next week. I let him know that I was not available the next day and he called anyway and left a message. I returned his call and let him know again I was not available that day and still my availability was not till the following week. We made an appointment time that he agreed to and I thought I would finally get to meet him and see what services they could provide. Mike calls again right before my appointment and says that he is coming over earlier. I texted him because I could not talk at the time and let him know again, I am not available until our specified time. He did not return either one of my texts and calls me a half hour after our scheduled time to let me know that he just received my texts and was on the other side of Tampa now. He said he went ahead and just drove by at the earlier time and didn't see anyone so he kept going.
Why he could not call or text me? Why he made assumptions? I am not very happy at all with the poor level of non-existent service I received from Freestyle Pools. When I inquired what to do, he brushed me off and didn't even want to reschedule the estimate. How they continue to be busy and have customers is bewildering to me. DO NOT UTILIZE Freestyle Pools.
