Founded in 1978 by D.B. “Bart” Frye, Jr., Frye Properties Inc. is based in Norfolk, Virginia, and has a long history of real estate development, property management, and construction across the Southeast. Initially focused on acquiring and managing apartment complexes in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, Frye Properties expanded to own and renovate properties throughout Virginia, Georgia, and Tennessee.
