I initially got in contact with Ina (the owner) via phone. We spoke briefly about the interior remodel I needed done for my home. She told me she was a "big texter" for communication purposes. She expressed that her husband does the work while she oversees it. She also mentioned that her husband wasn't a "people person... this was a red flag. During our call I noted that Ina was coughing repeatedly and sounded congested, obviously not a good first impression. When I asked if she was sick, she attributed it to something else. With everything going on COVID-related, I was hesitant to meet with her in my home (which I'm sure many people can understand). After our conversation, I did some research and am thankful I read other reviews prior to hiring this company. It would appear that (from the reviews) actual clients are highly displeased/dissatisfied by this company's work. I decided to hire a different company and reached out to let Ina know. Her response was "ty" (which means "thank you"). I think this speaks volumes to how they conduct business and communicate - even when things don't go their way. I rated this a 1 star due to the lack of professionalism I experienced.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give them that rating. Poor workmanship and complete frauds. Installed wood floors that all have to be pulled out and redone. The owners do none of the work and hire people that are not background checked to do work.

All the reviews are the same. Absolute frauds. Do not get involved with these people. Bizarre and disappointing don't even begin to describe the experience of working with Ina Wilson and her son. We are now in the process of removing her from our renovation project. Do not trust these people with your home.
