They did installation in one day and left me the generator until PGE connect service back.

We were looking for a new gas furnace, AC system with duct work. We had multiple bids from others and decided to go with Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair and we are so happy with the outcome. Stan came out to our home to see the layout of the house and was able to answer all my questions about different HVAC systems and give us several choices and options along with providing a detailed estimate for the installation.
After choosing what we wanted, Ilyas and his co-worker came out for the installation and did a fantastic job with the installation. Our new system was up and running within 3 days! I wish all installers could work like him, so fast and efficient and pays a great attention to every detail.
After installation, Matt came out to do the final inspection with the city inspector which passed with no problems. Everyone that came out was respectful of my house and wore masks, shoe coverings and the installers even used an industrial HEPA filter in the home while they were working.
Overall, we had a very positive experience. In the future, I can't wait to do business with them again.
