This company has no service. I got estimate to replace Garage door. They said we don't have to replace a motor. So, we ordered. Tech. came to my house and said I need new motor. They installed used stock motor but door is not completely opened. I did complain door is not working right. Customer service manage Justin call said dumbass to me and said door will be not open completely and that is way is and I need to pay otherwise they are going to take new door a way and leave garage space open. I told them go ahead. Mr. Justin keeps calling forcing to pay without complete work. I may have to take this case to court. You need to think about this company. You will have very bad service as what I going thru now.

After Justin came to our house and I chose a garage door out of his catalog and paid a deposit, the door installer came to our house. I opened our garage for the installer to work. I did not see the door because it was on the top of his truck. I went inside my house while the installer worked. He notified me when he was done. I looked at the door and told him that this is not the pattern that we chose in the catalog. He told me that it was different because it is a custom-sized door. I told him that Justin did not tell us this at the time of order. The installer contacted Justin on the phone and I spoke to him about my unhappiness with the door pattern. I told him that he never told me the door pattern would be different because of the custom size. Justin yelled, threatened and cussed at me. He called back three times with more threats. I told the installer that I would not pay him for this door until we worked out a compromise so he left. My husband called Justin the next day to try to compromise. Justin again yelled, threatened a lien against our house and foreclosure, cussed and would not listen to my husband. He then called my husband back two times and called me at home.
