Leo and crew did a (ADU) 1bedroom, kitchen, laundry, attached addition and also did some remodeling inside and general refresh of the house (new stucco, window,etc) including deck and conrete work. I was happy with the how the project went and the quality. Leo and team was professional and the quality and craftsmanship overall I felt was good. There were hiccups and issues along the way, however that is expected with a project this size. At the end, it was handled professionally. I felt we had many change orders and wish I had taken more time to have all these detailed laid out in my plan vs not, which cost more change order to occur. So watch out for those change orders by doing your part. Leo/team is detailed and goes from finance to their work.
