Please, please, please think twice before going with this builder! They promised us the world as we were designing our dream home and came through with a nightmare of shoddy workmanship, headaches, and cheap labor results. This builder does not follow through with warranty issues and when you complain or start asking questions, they ignore you and do not stand behind their work! Definitely makes the old saying, "You pay for what you get!" true!
