Horrible customer service, very unprofessional company. We saw them at the Atlanta Home Spring Home Show 3/2014. We got their information & later called to have them come to our home to give us an estimate on a small sink hole/drainage problem. We were provided a quote and paid a deposit. We never heard back from them regarding a start date. Spent over a month trying to get them to call or email us with a start date. When we finally did hear back from them it was to tell us yet again they would be in touch with a start date. Finally a date of 5/2/14 was given and they were a No Show! We called their office @ 11am to find out when they were coming over & they didn't even know what we were talking about! Really! We asked for our deposit back. I wrote their HQ an email and received yet another apology. What a horrible company and lousy customer service. Please look elsewhere for your landscape needs.
