Gila River Flooring, LLC (GRF) was formed in 2005. We are a full service, licensed, general subcontractor company serving Arizona. We have over 20 years of experience in new construction and remodeling for both residential and commercial applications.
We are committed to bringing back an affordable professional installation. We have surrounded ourselves with a pioneered team of the most talented and professional people, consisting of Owner, Architect, Subcontractor, and General Contractor. Gila River Flooring, LLC will provide the highest quality service in the most efficient manner at the most effective cost.
Gila River Flooring, LLC provides service for all types of flooring construction and repair needs including epoxy, VCT, wood, laminate, carpet, vinyl, ceramic, porcelain and natural stone. We have expertise in all phases of construction project development and management, from pre-construction planning to the presentation of the completed "turn-key" product. We will provide a complete range of subcontracting and construction management services for our clients in order to accomplish your objectives from inception to completion. Our responsibilities are to provide you with full project management including project supervision, full cost accounting, clerical support, and complete clean-up. We are able to meet our customer needs, whether large or small. Our scope of services include the following:
Pre-Construction Phase:
- Estimate preliminary construction cost
- Review and recommend project schedule
- Determine schedule for purchase of materials and equipment
- Pre-qualification of bidders
- Assignment of responsibilities on site
Construction/Post Construction Phase:
- Consult with contractor, architect and owners
- Monitor Performance
- Recommend project changes as necessary
- Review safety programs
- Obtain necessary permits for construction
- Review shop drawing, product data, samples and other submittals
- Manage project documents at the site
- Coordinate completion work
- Manage "punch list" completion and project close-out
- Post-Construction clean-up
