    Gottsik built us a beautiful accessory dwelling unit over our garage, and we are very happy with the result. There were numerous challenges in this relatively small project, but together we were able to overcome them.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Noah and Mark and their team at Gottsik. They were one of the contractors bidding for a commercial franchise bakery store that I was opening in San Diego. I was impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

    Noah, Mark, and their team were very knowledgeable about the construction process and were able to provide valuable insights and suggestions throughout the project. They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns, and kept me informed every step of the way.

    The project hasn't started yet waiting for a city permit. But their bid was within my budget, and the details they provided exceeded my expectations.
