Hello! In brief: 2 years ago we had our pool resurfaced by Great White Pools. Generally the experience was good. However two years on (surface still under warranty), the surface is bubbling up! Over the last few months, white spots have been appearing where calcium is being deposited through pinholes in the surface, cracks are appearing, and the surface is separating from the layer below. I am told that this is due to careless preparation, and poor bond coat application during the surface installation process. We have been trying to get their help on this for 3.5 months now. They have replied to emails generally, but have taken no definitive action at all. No one has called us back, no one has offered to come and see the pool and no one has given us the technical information that we have been asking for for months. The one person that has been helpful is a rep from the surface manufacturer. Great White customer service has been very poor, all we know now is that the case is with their warranty department, where it has been for several weeks. 3.5 months we have been trying to get this fixed, they have moved at a snails pace, dragged their feet and simply not been proactive and attentive. I have been very transparent with the above review and have all the emails to corroborate. Based upon our experience I would not recommend Great White Pools. Find a company that will not simply lay down the surface and then virtually disappear. Happy to share more info if anyone interested. Many thanks.
