Our Climate Change Fight:
Climate change is a slow motion train wreck waiting to happen. Despite the rhetoric of some right wing naysayers only trying to save its interests in coal and oil, it is an absolute clear and present danger. Its potential for severe planetary destruction is terrifying and can irrevocably alter the eco system upon which every living thing depends. From coastal flooding to roiling weather patterns to severe drought, it is currently causing billions of dollars of havoc in today’s world. It is only getting worse. If nothing is done, it will most assuredly cost trillions in damage and countless number of lives in the coming future. As a society, we have to stop this mounting crisis by bringing greenhouse gas emissions under control.​
