Our roots go back to 1992 when our founder started renovating homes throughout the Bay Area in Northern California. As the years have come and gone, our company has improved many homes and businesses with our signature of quality and customer satisfaction. As a General Contractor, we became the single source for our clients to call when they were looking to make improvements where they lived and worked.
In keeping with the times and the growing demand to improve the efficiency of our living and working environments, Home Improvement Specialist has entered a new phase of growth. We’ve rebranded as GreenRun Construction to better reflect our passion for creating healthier, more comfortable, and cost-effective spaces. More importantly, we are specializing in aging-in-place solutions to help seniors feel comfortable and safe in their own home.
