Install new handycap ramp with new door inside new handy cap ramp , 2 new handy cap bathroom rooms new rear door new plywood t/g plywood floor new sheetrock wall up grade electrical turn up the existing sprinkler heads new rear stairs 2 -2x4 wall in basement up grabe plumbing
