Old service was compromised due to water entering a split romex se cable and entering the meter base the meter had become so oxidized the neutral leg was dropping and the voltage was 145v on one leg and 95 volts on the other. duke checked their incoming feed and said it was good so need to redo the meter and mast will upgrade to 200amp service as that's the only type meter
