Gt Companies Construction

GT Companies has a reputation for quality construction. I will not cut corners on quality. My projects include 2x6 wall framing with R-19 insulation, R42 in the attic. This helps reduce the costs to own your home. Every project is tailored to your specific needs. I build custom homes at a very reasonable price. All my homes come with 5/8" plywood roof sheathing. Many builders only use 7/16 and this gives you the waves on your roof. Also I use 7/16 on all exterior walls. No foam or other type of boards.

Home prices start around $125,000.00 and up for a slab on grade new home. Full basement homes start around $148,000.00 and up.
I also build additions and stand alone garages.

All my prices include a custom set of plans (FREE of charge) with every new home I build.

Currently I am building a new home in Willoughby, Ohio for a client. I will be able to show the new home before the client moves in. I am also building 2 large garages which you can also visit.
