Had major issues with electrical not to code and kitchen equipment install not to factory recommendations. Hot tub electrical was put in with air conditioning shut off value instead of GFI interrupt adjacent to hot tub, which would have electrocuted bathers instantly should a problem have occurred, per the hot tub dealer.
Ventahood was installed with a 7 inch pipe instead of an 8 inch pipe. When Ventahood authorized repair looked at the install, Ventahood told them that the oscillating sound was due to the 20% smaller pipe.
Contractor not interested in returning to make repairs. I had to pay $600 additional for hot tub rewriting with an electrician recommended by the dealer and now will pay $400 for a reinstall of Ventahood with Ventahood's preferred install company, Vent One.
Contractor did return for warranty work on cabinetry he installed, to correct drawer scratching Subzero wine cooler stainless steel door whenever opened and adjustable shelving that would not be moved.
