I was satisfied with Mr Rooter Plumbing's work in my home at 157 Highland Drive. However, the next time I called them to check a water line leak on another of my houses, I did not have as good an experience. They gave me a quote that seemed high. I had a second opinion that resulted in a bid that was more than half cheaper. The job ended up being a much simpler repair than Mr. Rooter told me it would be to repair. I'm not sure if it was the repairman's misdiagnosis or something else? They seem like good people at Mr. Rooter, but maybe not the cheapest to have work done.
