Hayes Construction Services Corp was founded in 2009 under the principle of providing high-level services coupled with the personal approach of daily owner involvement.
We understand that in order for Hayes Construction Services to succeed in this existing market we need to place all of our clients (Owners, Architects/Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors) at a higher appreciation than what is standard in the industry today. We value the partnerships established with our clients.
Our goal is not only to increase our customer base but more importantly, to retain each client that we have the privilege to work with. We provide superior customer service and qualified field and office supervision. And we provide best-in-class subcontractors for the specific work being conducted.
Hayes Construction concentrates on commercial projects under $20 Million and larger-scale residential projects. Our strength lies in over 25 years of experience in the construction field overseeing approximately 1.5 million square feet and $200 million of construction value that we negotiated and managed in more than 2,500 construction contracts. We will serve our clients with integrity, professionalism, and excellence. We have a hands-on approach that is unlike any other in the industry. We provide superior project management that will be dedicated to the project. Bridging Relationships well into the future is the foundation for Hayes Construction.
