A few words to get to know me, the Owner, Charlie!

While looking for a place to relocate my family from California in 2012, I decided to settle in a Front Range city in Northern Colorado. My decision was for reasons that have been the same for so many others: rated among the best places to live based on quality of life, rated #1 for innovation and entrepreneurship by SBA, proximity to great universities, strong economy and job growth, great outdoor amenities, artistic vibe, and more. I have over 20 years of construction industry experience as a subcontractor and building homes. I have always been passionate about detail-rich and value-driven design and efficient construction that provides home buyers with a masterfully planned and executed living environment. It is my personal goal to provide great results with a level of professionalism and personalized support that exceeds home buyers’ expectations. For my continued success in the trade, I actively pursue vital knowledge of the building industry as it changes. I understand that our subcontractors are the backbone of my business and believe that everyone involved in the build process is a vital member of my team.
