Hertler Construction and Restoration is owned and operated by Tim Hertler, a licensed residential builder and fully insured. Tim Hertler has been in the building business in the Traverse City area since 1986. Tim has lived in the area for over 30 years. Tim and his wife Lynne have three older children. Two children are currently attending college.
We have been a member of the Home Builders Association since 1990, we are also members of the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce and Accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Hertler Construction and Restoration, Inc. is dedicated to providing quality products and service.
Tim has been licensed in the state of Michigan since 1986 and is a certified lead base paint renovator.
