I have been working with Scot for several years now on mostly $25-50k remodel proects and his work is excellent. He is more like a partner than just a contractor. He is extreemely creative, is always watchig out to NOT overspend on things that will not provide a positive return, and completely trustworthy. Scot will give options as the project reveals new challenges, and every single inspection has been a non-event when I am selling. In over a dozen projects Scot has never let me down! What more can I say.
