Hired this guy to replace 6 windows and a patio door. After paying out $6,000 to this guy and him missing all of the project start dates, now he's ghosting me. I want my money back so I can hire someone legit that's not a scam artist.
Also note that per this website, he has a "Verified license" R4995. That is simply not true.....this is only a registration number, but that does not mean that he is licensed. It is a violation of state law for a registered contractor to claim to be licensed. A non-licensed contractor is not authorized to perform construction or remodeling work of any kind as the person hiring them is not protected. Jason Hicks is NOT licensed and Buildzoom needs to correct this incorrect portrayal on their website.
