Higley Construction is a family owned business servicing the Clarksville and Nashville areas. The primary owner, Joe Higley, started in the construction business with a well-established framing company at the age of 18 as a framer. In just 2 years he became foreman within the company he started with. After 9 years and 100’s of framed houses, businesses, completed additions, decks, porches etc. later, he started Higley Construction.
Today Higley Construction is the leading home renovation business in the area. Our years of hands on experience far exceeds the knowledge and expertise of our competitors. Our record speaks for itself as most of our current clients come to us as referrals from our past clients. We are also accredited by the BBB. We encourage you to further check us out and ask us for referrals. We even encourage you to contact the local building and codes and ask one of the inspectors about us.
We have framed, constructed, renovated and added on to countless residential homes, businesses and institutions over the years. We have even volunteered some of our framing labor and skill on three Extreme Makeover homes (2 Clarksville, 1 Knoxville).
