    We had our homes built by Hiline in 2015 moved in Sept.1. Our overall experience was very satisfying. They built 2 homes for our family. There were a few problems mostly dealing with fire sprinkler install that the fire marshall was insisting we had to have. They left it up to us to take care of but we also were told there plumber was taking a class to learn to install. We waited which cost us a ding for not having something completed had to pay a fine for not having met a dead line. Was definitely not happy with that whole thing. That aside they built the homes in 6 months. We painted the inside and outside. Did the drainage around the foundation. After we moved in we added porches. Its not like a custom home where you make changes as you go along you need to really look at the plan over and over again. We made about $50,000. in changes in both homes. We changed things that would take a permit or we would have to hire out after we moved in. That's what we could afford at the time. When we were done just the cost for the homes no land,elec.,well,drainage,road building, came to $66 a square foot. Which is much better than the estimate we were getting from builders who would say anywhere from 120-200 a square foot. Its well built, insulated passed all inspections. You can customize it to your liking if you want to pay for it. Just be sure you've walked around it in your mind a hundred times before you sign the bottom line. That way you don't pay extra to do it later. When you do sign that's it no changes in what you owe that was more comforting than an open invoice for 6 months to a year with a contractor. There are no guarantee's with any contractor. We were very happy with everyone but the plumber on our job. We found most crews that worked on our homes had worked with Hiline for many years which we took comfort in. We also checked on our job everyday. I think that's important no matter who's building. We are very happy with our homes having lived in them for 2 years. I've rated it 4 stars because of the plumbing issue

    Hiline Homes just completed our incredibly beautiful home in Central Oregon. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the products and workmanship. From the start, Jordan spent a lot of time with the planning of our home. Our project manager, Chip, was awesome. He was available when needed and has an eagle eye for quality and detail. They even finished our home early! Can't say enough about how wonderful HiLine Homes is, from start to finish! On top of that, you can't beat the price! Excellent value.

    This Hiline Homes Company installed defective "Certainteed landmark shingles" on our new home in 2006. Hiline was the ones that promised under contract that they would install a 30 roofing shingle! We got 5 years before the entire roof went defective. HILINE WOULD NOT HONOR THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY! They would not even come to the house and look at the damage. Hiline abandoned us also when they advertised our new home plan sales for the sub-floors being glued and ring shank nailed. Hiline never GLUED OUR SUB-FLOORS! We found the glue tubes thrown in the bushes six years later. Still no repair of that today 2016. Hiline Homes DO NOT HONOR THEIR 10 YEAR WARRANTY! If you like to go to court after your new home is built, patronize Hiline. Go ahead! You'll see.
