His and Hers Roofing

I would not give this roofer 1 stars only because I have to pick one. They are the worst company I have had do work for me. My sales guy was Michael, his boss was Ben Webber Vice president of sales. Michael started out with we are in your area and I saw from across the street you have roof damage. Do you mind if I get up and look. My husband and I were discussing getting a new roof so we said yes, the next thing he says is I can speak to your insurance company to see if they would cover repairs we said sure. Then he says just sign this form it gives me authorization to ask them questions. He said that is all the signature is for. Needles to say that was a lie after that point there Lawyers got involved and my insurance company would not speak with me, His and Hers were now my roofers. All we wanted was to see what it would cost to replace our roof which was our biggest mistake !!!
They have bad Customer Service, don't return calls. Cassie Olsen who was my Account Care Specialist with this company is the only one I could ever speak with. After several weeks of not knowing I asked Cassie maybe we should cancel and go with someone else I said being that I signed the paper to let him speak to my insurance co she said I couldn't do anything else but don't worry all is well. About a month later she called to say the insurance approved the install and they were waiting on check. Then she called to see if the insurance co had sent us the check I said no her answer was if they do just call me and I will send Michael to pick it up. Finally they sent Austin so we could pick our shingles out we questioned him as well and wanted paper wk from him and he said he would have the office send it to us which they didn't.
I got an email from Cassie that they were dropping off the dumpster on the 29th of August and work would being on the 31st of August. They installed my roof after months of waiting. The roof they installed was cheap looking. Someone said this company and my insurance company screwed us !!!! My insurance company would not speak with me because their insurance company was involved.
The roofers damaged the soffit
in the back of my house and didn't say a word.They left a gaping hole. No one from this company ever came to check on the work the roofers were doing at my house and it wasn't for the lack of calling.
I reached out to H&H roofing on the 2nd of September & and sent Cassie pictures of the damage and the wires hanging on 3 sides of my home, they also didn't install the flashing on 3 or 4 ends. After several days of complaining to Cassie she put her supervisor Adam on the phone. I told him there customer service was horrible. He apologized and said he was sending an email to everyone involved in this account and I would hear from someone. It was a joke.
finally someone was coming out on the 9th of October to do repairs they were no shows. I reached out to again to Cassie and she says Oh No.. I will get with my supervisor and still nothing. this is the 15th of September and I am still waiting... Again be smarted then I was don't use this company.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! By the way they failed there inspection and still have not heard from them.
