We hired Geoff last fall and couldn't be happier. The yard is beautiful, something we're so proud of. We've received a lot of compliments. It's unique, not just a cookie cutter design. Holland Landscaping constructed the outdoor amphitheater at St. Vincent High School, and their work magnificently enhanced this campus. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Geoff Kavanaugh led the project, and I’ve never seen such a solid, consistent, dependable, straightforward foreman. He was always quietly and effectively on the job, kept us informed about everything he was doing, and gave us clear choices in the direction of the work. Everything was done ahead of schedule and within the budget, and the final product is an architectural marvel, totally unique, rigorously practical, aesthetically elegant.

We consequently used Holland for other jobs as well: an arcade project in the center of campus that transformed an ill-used muddy lawn into the most popular spot on campus. Again their work was crisp, quick, creatively inspired, efficient. Both of these jobs were enormous in scope, and Holland handled them with ease. Mr. Kavanaugh is terrific with communications, and he always was clear about our options and where the work was going.

We had such a great experience that we brought them back for several other projects as well. They’ve constructed stone and tile pathways around the playing fields and an outdoor staircase leading up to the school from the street. Mr. Kavanaugh is fun to work with, and I would recommend Holland Landscaping enthusiastically to anyone looking for a project to enhance their property.

Holland Landscaping designed and installed our front yard including beautiful sandstone stairs. Working with Geoff and his crew was a pleasure. The result is a spectacular front yard that has greatly enhanced the curb appeal and value of our home. Passers by still stop and compliment us on the front stairs 13 months later!
