Our model is built around clarity and accountability: we evaluate the home, deliver scoped and priced repair estimates within 24 hours, and execute the work ourselves so homeowners have one point of contact from discovery through completion.

Common project types: inspection-report repairs, pre-listing improvement projects, kitchen and bathroom renovations, deck and carpentry work, foundation and crawlspace repairs, polybutylene pipe replacement, exterior repairs, and whole-home improvement projects. We do not subcontract our project management. Every job has a HomeCloud project manager assigned from start to finish.

We do not bid by gut feel. Pricing is condition-driven, photo-backed, and the same number we would quote any other homeowner with the same project. For projects under $10,000, payment is typically 50% upfront and 50% at completion. For larger projects, payment is in thirds. Pre-listing repairs qualify for pay-at-close financing up to $50,000 — meaning the homeowner pays at closing, not upfront.
