    Like others here I have had a horrible experience with Michael Ford Homes. At one point I would have recommended them to friends and family but since closing it's like they are different people. The landscaping and grading is god awful, you can drive around the neighborhood to see it yourself. Grading was not done properly so water sits in my yard and kills grass but they say it's not a problem. The selling agent Randy and the construction manager lack any form of customer service skills and love to avoid any responsibility.

    Please avoid Micheal Fords. I purchased a home in November 2018, and in mid to late 2019 I noticed a small stain on the garage ceiling wall. Now the stain has gotten considerably larger and the dry is starting to crack. I have been emailing them for months about this issue and have yet to receive a response. I would not use or recommend this builder to anyone.

    Bought a home from them

    Please avoid Michael Ford LLC at all cost.
    We bought a home from them and they’re unresponsive irresponsible. Problems with the deck hvac dry wall and many other aspects of the home. Did a one year home inspection and they’re unwilling to correct the issues found under the inspection. Please avoid Micheal Ford LLC at a cost. They put all the responsibility on their subcontractors and are looking for any reason not to help

    Absolutely terrible builder. Myself and my wife bought our newly constructed home in November of 2017 and have had nothing but issues since living there. Structure integrity issues, uneven floors where as marbles will roll according to slopes of floor, problems with the hvac duct work. Yard full of rocks. Floor joists cut through and uneven at nailed ends. Cripple wall not in contact with foundation wall and side of house is suspended by wood sheeting. Buyers beware.......
