I received a quote from John Hone Jr. for a new sea wall at a property I manage off of McGregor Blvd. in Fort Myers. I have since tried for over a week to get in touch with him to make a couple of corrections to the contract, so we can move ahead with building the sea wall. I have went to the office 5 days in a row May 21 thru 25, 2018. Leaving a message each time. I have also emailed Mr. Hone on several occasions. I still have not had any replay. I am being told simply that he is busy, and will get back with me when he has time. I would understand if he was on vacation. I do not understand why he is to busy to get the contracts signed so we can start. As a result, I am now having to go through the process of finding another contractor to build my sea wall.
I would never call Honc, simply because of the way they treat their customers.
