1. Licensing and Compliance
We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded in all regions where we operate.
2. Design Services
We provide end-to-end design support — from initial concepts to detailed construction documentation.
• Space planning and 3D renderings
• Interior and exterior design support, including material selection, finishes, and color schemes
3. Permit Coordination & MEP Drawings
We handle permitting and technical submissions from start to finish:
• Filing with DOB, FDNY, SLA, DOHMH, and other agencies
• Architectural and structural drawing submittals
• Development of HVAC and MEP drawings:
o Reflected ceiling plans, duct layouts, ventilation systems
o Electrical plans (lighting, power distribution, panel schedules)
o Plumbing diagrams (water, gas, drainage)
o Section views and conflict resolution overlays
4. Construction and Technical Execution
We perform all major trades with licensed teams or subcontractors:
• General construction: framing, drywall, flooring, millwork, and finishes
• Electrical: conduit runs, lighting, low-voltage, panel work
• Plumbing: gas, water, drainage, commercial fixtures
• HVAC: ductwork, exhaust, rooftop units, mechanical systems
• Walk-in coolers/freezers: insulated panels, refrigeration, floor drains
5. Project Management & Support
We provide full project oversight from start to finish:
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
• Regular updates and on-site meetings
• Quality control, schedule tracking, and final inspections
• Post-construction support: maintenance planning, warranty service
