    In March we used Hospitality Builders to do a room addition with a bathroom to our home. It came out beautifully. The estimated cost was about $34,000 but Hospitality Builders saved us about $2,500. We are in the process of redoing our basement and will definitely seek their services again.

    Retaining Walls project

    Nothing has been started yet, basically due to rain which I understand and do not have an issue with. They have been in constant contact with me, keeping me updated. I only have two concerns to date, one, although rain has held up construction, they did not use that time to acquire permits. Request for permits were only submitted 6-4 or 6-5 wasting these two days of dry weather and two, I asked to review plans and documents prior to submission and this wasn't done. Overall, communication has been more than adequate I have some concerns with their organization scheduling ability. I will reserve any other concerns until construction begins.

    Called to schedule appointment set it up immediately for the next day the next day I get a message the are running late and traffics heavy so we reschedule for another day the next day he supposed to show up I get another call asking to reschedule so now I've scheduled to meet you 3 times with no shows

    Considered for Bathroom Remodel

    The verbal estimate is within budget. Waiting for the official estimate which I am supposed to receive tonight He was an hour late due to the weather but I had to contact him to see if he was showing up. Since I had to be at work soon the visit was fast and not sure if anything was missed so waiting my to see the written estimate
